Your pulse quickens. Your palms feel clammy. A single bead of sweat rolls down your back. You would think you were facing death at the hands of a maniacal executioner. But no. What has heightened your fight or flight response is something infinitely more terrifying… speaking in public. Delivering a performance review. Sharing bad news with your boss.

All of these leadership functions can be fright-inducing experiences, but they don’t have to be.
Terrifying Leadership goes beyond role plays and simulations to help leaders embrace and overcome some of their deepest darkest workplace fears.

Terrifying Leadership was created through a partnership of leading industry experts who excel at creating environments of sheer terror AND providing tools and techniques for people to get past the roadblocks and emotional reactions that keep them from achieving their potential. Participants will learn and practice real world skills that will build their confidence, help them overcome internal and external conflicts and effectively communicate in a safe environment - even if it doesn’t feel that way.

Our corporate training workshops help participants:
-Identify unique circumstances that strike fear into the heart of leaders and managers-
-Examine and practice strategies to prepare for and respond to specific situations-
-Enable participants to smash through their comfort barrier and achieve new levels of confidence-
